Shanklin is a beautiful seaside resort other than a civil parish on the southern portion of Isle of Wight, in England. Popular for its golden sandy beaches, the place is located between two towns namely Lake and Ventnor.
The old village, its wooded ravine and sandy beaches, makes this island one of the most attractive tourist destinations in England. This picturesque island of Shanklin is characterized by some enchanting front gardens and thatched cottages.
Shanklin also provides several leisure and sports facilities along with some promenade walks.
