General opinion: Really clean and vibrant. think its time the council claimed the sea path back off the golf course as it would make a brilliant walk/cycle path all the way as far as you want to go. its only that bit that breaks up the sea path between skeg and mablethorpe. i think it would be an excellent tourist opportuntinty.

Not to miss:  Among the tourist attractions in Skegness, SkegnessPier is an amazing indoor amusement centre for children where there is bowling, hi-tech video games and refreshment stalls.
In the summer the pier has a number of seaside attractions such as bungee trampoline, a big slide, hook-a-duck and more.
Skegness Water Leisure Park is near the golden beaches of the town and one can indulge in a number of activities here such as fishing in the lake, the Lincolnshire Coast Light Railway, the Barn Inn, Cable Tow water skiing and more.
The beaches at Skegness are worth visiting ... More and a ride on the Pedicab, the latest attraction here, is a mus,. These pedicabs offer a tour of the seafront along the Grand Parade and the North Parade to the lifeboat station and back.
The other attractions on the beaches include an embassy centre, a waterway, long promenade gardens of thirty four acres and more.
The Natureland Seal sanctuary is a place where children will have a great time watching the aquarium, natural seals, crocodiles, snakes and other attractions.

General opinion:  Skegness lies on the Lincolnshire coast of the North Sea and is 63 kilometres from the city of Lincoln.
This seaside resort town has a population of 18,910 inhabitants according to the 2001 census.
The city is also known as Costa del Skeg or Skeg or Skeggy or Skegvegas.
Tourists can have a wonderful time in this town with its award winning beaches, children's adventure centres, the seal sanctuary and animal centre, colourful gardens, pubs and restaurants.
This is one of the best places to stay and offers good value for money too.
The town enjoys ... More a mild temperate climate with low unpredictable rainfall.
The town prospered with the advent of the railway which connects the industrial Midlands with this town.

General opinion: As a yank, who visits Skegness to hang out with friends, I really enjoy the feel of this quaint little town. There's a few arcades and some shopping about, and the old castle to check out. Its really nice if you want to get away from the fast paced city life. And, a plus for me is that its on the sea.

General opinion: Had an enjoyable stay with visit to embassy theatre lovely visit. b@b very close to seafront so no need for transport once there, if there for a week or so make sure you check what's on at the embassy as they have some great shows on that could pass you by. Seafront beautiful and clean and very safe and the pleasure park very good value for money. Get the pass as a couple rides soon, adds up to price of the all day bracelet we found it great value for money
