Tonbridge market town is situated in the Kent English County on the Medway River.
The town most famous landmark is the historic Tonbridge Castle, built in the 11th Century as a guard post over the river.
The Oast Theatre, Carroty Wood which is an outdoor activity and residential centre are also worthwhile sights. Sports clubs like Cowdrey Cricket Club, the Tonbridge Angels Football club and Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Football club also call the area home.
