Tourist Guide Tresco
Tresco is the second largest Island in Isles of Scilly. It is surrounded with a large area of wild life. The total area of this Island is 735 acres. The Island is surrounded by sea. Tresco is a small community of approx 150 residents as per the 2001 census. The residents mainly work for the tourism and travel industry. The climate of the Island is cold and warm. Sunshine hours are normally greater than UK. Snowfall does not happen regularly and rain fall is also less. Tresco is the perfect place for wild life lovers and bird watchers. Tresco community is engaged with the hotel industry or the travel industry. The Isles was originally the property of Dutch in the middle of 1830, when Wealth Merchant Banker purchased this Isle from Dutch. Tresco is a major attraction for tourists because of its natural beauty and wild-life.
