The Elgar Birthplace Museum
Sir Edward Elgar is one of the greatest composers born in England; this is his birthplace, this pretty cottage! His daughter set up a museum here, as per his wish. Here the visitors can go through the wonderful collection of this great gem of England. In the interior of the cottage you get to see, the belongings of the composer like, his desk, his gramophone, his mementoes, golf clubs, his books, and his cycling maps.
Honeybourne pottery
The family can come together and enjoy the fun workshops, on the potter’s wheel. It’s all about being creative. Ceramic painting and Clay modeling workshops are also conducted. Here you can learn the different arts of pottery, from modeling it on the wheel; to glazing and decorating the modeled result.
The Jinney Ring Craft Centre
This is an ideal place for entire family, you can shop eat and amuse yourself. They have a gallery where in, the visitors can spend time, watching the wonderful artifacts, there are many workshops conducted. You can also shop for the wonderful works of craft, have a snack in the farmhouse restaurant, you can end your day with a nice stroll along its gardens. It’s open throughout the year, from morning 10:00 to 17:00 hours.
