Situated on the coast east of the Balmedie village, this park is 8 miles north of Aberdeen on A90 road to Peterhead and Fraserburgh. This park is well signed from the A90. The Balmedie Park is open during the hours of daylight every day of the year. There is a beach which is sandy winning over a number of awards. The Balmedie Park is within a part of a dune system which stretches 14 miles from Aberdeen to north of the mouth of the River Ytham at Newsburgh.
