Aberdeen is a colourful city especially in the spring when Daffodils and Cherry trees blossom in the many parks and green spaces found within the city.
The Aberdeen Tourist Information Centre is easily accessible from the station and has internet access available as well.
The Aberdeen Maritime Museum has free entry and has a lovely collection of the heritage of shipping in the city. The gift shop here is one of the best ones in town. The weather here is mostly pleasant but one may require warm clothes in winter.
The official language spoken here is English so travelling around the city is not difficult. On the whole, Aberdeen is a safe city, however, one must always take common sense precautions while visiting a foreign land. Always exchange money from authentic currency exchanges or banks. Photographs can be taken except while visiting art galleries or public swimming pools.
