Located on the main road north of Bordick, the Iske of Arran Heritage Museum was opened in 1976. The museum is located on site site which was originally a small school. The museum now comprises of a cottage, farmhouse, milk house, bothy, stable, coach house, laundry and a harness room. The island’s archaeology, social history and geology is reflected in the exhibits.
