The Fringe Festival is known to be the biggest arts festival in the world and includes theater, exhibitions, comedy, dance shows, music and many more entertainment for all. It was established in the year 1947 as a substitute fest to the Edinburgh International Festival. This fest is held in Edinburgh during three weeks every month of August along with other arts and cultural events. This festival attracts people from all parts of the world. Since its conception, the fringe festival has grown dramatically. There are also provisions of awards for Fringe shows, especially in the field of drama.
