Glasgow is popularly called the European Capital of sports. It has a number of sports being played there. The highly popular game with the youth is basketball. Rugby players are located in every second house. The fittest and roughest game is so popular that they have a number of clubs that have matches amongst themselves. However, there are two old and most famous clubs called the Glasgow Academicals and the Glasgow High Kelvinside. These councils conduct matches with Ireland and Wales. Car Racing is also done here to a great extent. People are just fanatically in love with the sport football.
