Kilmarnock is a large burgh situated in East Ayrshire, Scotland and is known as the second largest town in Ayrshire.

The internationaly well known whiskey brand, Johnie Walker ihas been located here since the 1800’s.  In 2006, this city was voted as the UK’s friendliest shopping town. The town is famous for the manufacturing of carpets, for its quality since the late 19th century.  Interesting sights to visit are the Dean Castle Palace, the Kilmarnock War Memorial and many more sights.
