Tourist Guide Paisley:

In the west central lowlands of Scotland there exists a town called as Paisley. It is bounded by Glasgow towards the east, Elderslie towards the west, Barrhead towards the south and Renfrew towards the west. The Glasgow City center is 11.1 Kms towards the east of Paisley. This town forms a continuous urban region with Greater Glasgow.

The population of Paisley was estimated to be 72,970 in 2004.

Shame about all the shops closing down although Causeyside Street seems to be picking up recently. Very, very happy with the community events such as the fireworks, xmas lights and summer fetes etc

I was brought up in Paisley at Murray st and later Kilnside rd. Recently I was back visting, still a great wee town, 46 now, but throughly enjoyed it
