The city of Tilicoultry is located in the north western hemisphere of the state of Scotland. Actually Tilicoultry is actually not a city. It is considered amongst the villages of the Scotland state. The Tilicoultry village is very well known in the state of Scotland for its natural beauty. The village is filled with numerous landscapes and is blessed with nature’s beauty. The Tilicoultry village has a mountain range in the northern hemisphere and a big river named Devon River flowing from the southern hemisphere of the city. Thus the city is surrounded by nature on almost 4 sides. As the village of Tilicoultry is situated at the costal stretch of the state, it has to face the floods from the sea. The village is known in the state for its Textile and coal mining industries which are functioning here since ages. Geographically the village is very small and stretches up to 20 square km in area. As per the latest measured census the city has a total population of around 5,221. The climate experienced in the city is very unstable. The climate varies a lot as the year goes by. The summers here are extremely warm and last for the longer duration of the year. The winters are also extremely cold and the temperature drops below the freezing point.
