All visitors have to bring with them are comfortable shoes, a small backpack, something to eat and drink, and a set of waterproofs. Items are available to hire at nominal change if required.
The guide, Kevin Walker, is a highly experienced and qualified mountain leader, who has been running professional mountain activities courses for over thirty years. His has a deep knowledge of the Welsh countryside, and his enthusiasm is infectious.
Among the sights that you might see are rushing torrents and hidden waterfalls, wild areas of of the Carmarthen Fans, and, of course, archaeological Celtic settlement.
He also offers a range of training courses and personal tuition and coaching in navigation and mountaincraft skills, hillwalking, rock climbing, and scrambling.
