Castle Book Store was founded by Richard Booth in 1961. This bookshop is situated at the stone castle in Hay-on-Wye and has a vast number of new and second hand books for sale as well as reading. This bookstore lies in the new mansion which is on the north of the stone castle and this mansion was built in 1600’s by James Boyle of Hereford. There are 30 bookstores in this city.
