The Corris Railway is a narrow gauge preserved railway which is based in Corris and is on the border between Gwynedd and Powys in Mid Wales. This railway line opened in 1859 and got closed in 1948. However, due to a formation of a preservation society in 1966, this line opened as a museum. It got reopened in 2002 and operates as a tourist attraction. The gauge of the railway is 2 feet and 3 inches.
