The Dylan Thomas Center is an arts center located at the Maritime Quarter. It was started by the American Ex-president Jimmy Carter in 1995. It features an exiting bar, bookshop, café, conference rooms and a theater.

It conducts an interactive exhibition which explores Dylan’s life, a variety of media, letters, books, worksheet and photographs. The main events are conducted between 27 October to 9 November that is the birth and death dates of Dylan respectively.
