Rooms Information

We’ve tried to realize our rooms in order to combine 3 factors: comfort for client, respect of environment and essential but unique finish. All matierials were selected in order to be recyclable in the future. The pavement were realized settino marble, tiles, wood and using a slight layer of resin over concrete coloured with water pigment. Restructuring of BB360 had the input of minimization of materials. The garments of bath rooms are realized in wood panels originate from recycling and treated with particulare water paint. All the rooms are provided with electronic control which put off automatically electrical system in absence of clients. This is the best way to promote saving energy. Air conditioning (heat pump) is composed of independent units Daikin with low power consumption inverter. Hot water heating provided by pump saving energy. We are studing the way to realize a mini solar panels for the production of heat sanitary water. All the rooms are provided with mini bar, save box, private bathroom, LCD screen TV, hairdryer, air conditioning. The beds are realized in net with reinforced staves and orthopaedic mattresses. It’s possibile to be connected to Internet in all spaces (wireless). Room access is possibile only by magnetic card which will be scheduled at your arrival.
