The house is situated in Charente-maritime - Haut Saitonge. It is a typical Charentese building, made of white stone in the town of St Palais de Phiolin in the middle of the country but still near the main roads.The surrounding area includes towns such as Cognac, Bordeaux, Saintes, Royan, La Rochelle and the entire Medoc zone where some of the most famous wines in the world are produced.Bathrooms include towels, bathrobes, bathing caps, shampoo, soap and bath cream. Breakfast includes coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate, yogurt, bread and jam and is served from 8:30am to 10am. Depending on the season one can dine inside or outside, enjoying the local fresh fruits from that particular season.
