4 private rooms in a big guest house(flat). It consists of three double bedrooms, one single room. In addition a reasonably sized kitchen and one bathroom with ashower and WC for the guests. The wohle appartment is recently renovated. All rooms are equipped with double/single beds, cupboards, shelves, tables and stools, lamps, commodine, TV, radio and free internetconnection for notesbooks. Breakfast is not includid, but tee and cafe are free. The rooms is situated in the fifth district in Vienna, which is very close the center, only two subway stops to downtown. It is in the fourth floor with elevator. The area around the appartment is very quiet but close to a shopping street with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. Moreover there are many public transportation possibilities within walking distance. (subway, bus, tramway and fast trains).

From Sudbahnhof: take the tram 18 to Matzleinsdorferplatz, and change to the Bus 14A (only two stations) to Fendigasse. You need not more than 10 Minutes. From Westbahnhof: take the tram 6 or 18 to Matzleinsdorferplatz, and change to the Bus 14A (only two stations) to Fendigasse. You need not more than 15 Minutes.

By air

take the fast train S2 from Airport to Rennweg, change to fast train S9 or S15 to Matzleinsdorferplatz, and change again to the Bus 14A (only two stations) to Fendigasse. You need not more than 40 Minutes.
