Fattoria di Maiano is a 15th century hamlet situated in a charming position between Fiesole and Settignano with breathtaking view over romantic hills, lush wooded countryside and olive grooves, just 15 minutes from the centre of Florence.
Hospitality is offered in cosy apartments located at the heart of the hamlet (once a cloistered convent), in our 300 hectares estate. Our friendly welcome and the homely atmosphere make a vacation to the Fattoria di Maiano country house the unforgettable chance to live an authentic Italian experience.

At your disposal in exclusive for your events: the wonderful garden with terrace overlooking Florence, the italian garden (on request), all rooms at the ground floor (Tapestry Room, Red Lounge, Ancient Dining Room, Billiard Room, Carriage Room), 4 toilettes downstairs, 1 toilette at the ground floor, parking place inside the estate.
Facilities Information
Today the wonderful gardens and the ancient rooms at the ground floor of Villa are at your disposal for every kind of event, from wedding receptions to meetings, gala dinners and parties. The aim of actual owner, Countess Lucrezia Corsini Miari Fulcis, is renting her house to the lovers of ancient places, keeping the property liveable and in perfect working order.
All rooms are splendidly furnished with original seventeenth and eighteenth century pieces of furniture.
