Apartment Panoramic penthouse by Spanish Steps for 1-5 persons
Panoramic loft for 1-5 persons by Spanish Steps, with incomparable view upon Rome. At a much lower price than a small hotel room, you will stay in an unbeatable position, near renowned shops and unique art masterpieces.
Nearly all Rome's sites can be simply reached by walk, and it's just a little pleasant stroll to Via Condotti and its celebrated fashion shops, Fontana di Trevi, and the Pincio Terrace Gardens. The apartment is also near to two metro stations. You would have to pay more to find a lesser accommodation!

Nice 70 m2 (754 sq. ft.) calm penthouse located in a building with elevator, thoroughly thermally insulated and furnished with autonomous air conditioned/heating. The apartment is also provided with telephone for long distance low-cost calls and free wireless or cable broadband Internet.
The spacious lounge has double glass windows, and is provided with LCD stereo 16/9 TV (BBC World), DVD/DivX player, DVD movie collection with films in English and French, Hi-Fi with CD/Mp3/USB/tape playback and tuner, a queen size cozy divan bed with quality mattress for two persons and a cozy divan bed for one person.
The upper space is furnished with an ample and very cozy bed with dual quality mattress for two persons.
The kitchen is separated from the lounge and is provided with every useful domestic device: fridge, freezer, toaster, American coffee machine, oven, microwave, extractor fan.
The accommodation is also equipped with washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron/ironing board.
Bed sheets and bathroom towels are provided.
Daily price: 1-2 pax Euros 100; 3 pax Euros 120; 4 pax Euros 135; 5 pax Euros 150.
From March (excluding Easter) to July and October: additional Euros 10 per day; from December 21st to January 6th and near Easter: additional 25%. Rebates for stays longer than 1 week.
Prices are all inclusive, and taxes and payment commissions are included: NO EXTRAS, NO TRANSACTION FEES, FINAL CLEANING INCL. Rates are intended per night, not per person.

Notes
The penthouse is situated in the renowned Via del Babuino in the heart of Rome, in the Spanish Steps neighborhood. This unbeatable position lets you to see most Rome's sites simply by sauntering pleasantly in the ancient Rome streets, without having to use metro or bus. In around 5 minutes you are in Via Condotti, Fontana di Trevi and the Pincio Terrace Gardens, and you can go to the trendy Via Veneto and the unique sites of Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Vatican Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo in 10 to 20 minutes.

By car
By train Once at the main train station Termini, you can:
take a taxi which will take you home in about 15 minutes (about 10 €)
take the bus number 64 (one every 5 minutes; just 4 stops) to the Palazzo Esposizioni stop; then go by walk to the near bus stop in via Milano. There you can take the bus number 117 (one every 6 minutes; just 5 stops) to the Babuino/Fontanella stop, which is just a few mt. from the apartment. From Termini it takes about 15-20 minutes to get there (1 €)
if you don't have heavy suitcases, you can just take the subway (one every 3 minutes; just 3 stops) which in about 5 minutes will take you to the Flaminio stop, then reach the apartment by walk in about 5 minutes (1 €)
By air Once at the Rome Fiumicino airport, you have two options:
A taxi can take you directly home in about 45 minutes (about 50 €)
Otherwise you can take a metro-train (one every 30 minutes) which will take you to the main train station Termini in 32 minutes (11 €). There you can:
take a taxi which will take you home in about 15 minutes (about 10 €)
take the bus number 64 (one every 5 minutes; just 4 stops) to the Palazzo Esposizioni stop; then go by walk to the near bus stop in via Milano.
