Rooms:

With windows airtight and noise proof, all our rooms are quiet. Each room has a cable color T.V. and a radio/alarm clock, either a window unit air-conditioning or central air-conditioning, and either a full bathroom or a three-piece bathroom.

Rates:

Based on room size, amenities, and over-all condition, we classify our rooms and rates into three categories - Bronze Stay , Silver Stay and Gold Stay . Room rates for one or two people range from $89 to $189 Canadian dollars, or from $69 to $139 Canadian dollars in the off-season.

A rollaway bed is $25 extra for each additional person, or $15 extra for a child under 15. A crib is $5. Children under 3 sleep who sleep with parents stay free.

Room rates fluctuate in response to season, special occasions and major events without notice. We offer off-season low rates from November to March, except Christmas, New Year, and other special occasions or major events.

Facilities Information

Jarvis House is a newly renovated, 11-room Victorian house situated in the heritage district of central downtown Toronto. Each bedroom has its private bathroom, color cable TV., and air-conditioning. Choose from double, queen, king or two twin beds and relax in Jarvis House's pleasant atmosphere.

For your convenience, Jarvis House provides ample parking on property, in-house fax and phone, computer with Internet access, including e-mail.
