The hotel consists of eight double rooms including two suites. Six of the rooms have fireplaces or wood burning stoves and terraces with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. All rooms have been decorated in a rustic style and have en-suite bathrooms; the rooms include televisions and heating. The suites also include sitting areas with DVD players.

The hotel was originally opened in 2001 and is constructed in a rustic style with the creature comforts of country living. The restaurant, La Bodega del Bandolero, offers Spanish mountain country cuisine while the bar, El Bar de El Tempranillo, offers homemade tapas.
