All of the rooms have AC, cable TV (with HBO!), wired internet, closets, and high ceilings.

Breakfast is a mostly organic spread of coffee, juice, milk, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, etc.
Our common room has a computer and printer with internet access, and a sitting area with lots of books and mags.

Policies :
The minimum reservation is generally 3 nights, although during busy times it is 5 nights.
However, we are always willing to make exceptions!

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve, authorized on a credit card.
Cancellation within 7 days before arrival is subject to a fee of half the total booking or one night's stay, whichever is larger. 
Stays longer than one week must be cancelled 14 days in advance to avoid this fee.
However, if we are able to re-book the rooms, fees will be adjusted accordingly.

Day of arrival cancellations are subject to a fee of the total booking amount.
Payment in full is due upon arrival, there are no refunds for early departure.

Additional occupancy is $20 per person (futon).

Please ask about discounts for stays longer than one week.
   
Rates :
Franklin Room $125 ~ $150 per night, double occupancy.
Bedford Room $100 ~ $125 per night, double occupancy.
Hancock Room $75 ~ $100 per night, single occupancy.

Rates vary with the seasons.  Taxes and fees of approximately 16% are not included.
