There’s a good connection to Termini train station and Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are at 20 km distance. They are both well connected to city centre by public transportation.

The light and airy apartment is on the first floor (no lift). The property has been recently updated and has 1 double bedroom with an additional single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with cooking corner completely furnished and equipped and 1 sofa bed. Apartment sleeps: 4.
Bedroom 1 double bed+ 1 single bed, LCD-TV with cable channels, DVD player, wardrobe, bed linen, ironing equipment.
Living room with cooking corner compact but fully functional kitchen, oven, big fridge, toaster, microwave, TV, all necessary kitchenware, some cooking items (oil, salt, sugar, etc.).
Bathroom Shower, basin and loo, Italian bidet, washing machine, hair dryer.

No matter what time you arrive at Casa Vacanze Aurelia you don’t have to care about your meal. We offer you a starter pack of a simple Italian meal and of your first breakfast in Rome (spaghetti, tomato sauce, 1 tuna can, butter, marmalade, milk, juice and coffee)
Rental price includes:
-utilities (heating, water, gas and electricity),
-washing machine and iron,
-end of stay cleaning and laundry
Upon request:

Casa Vacanze Aurelia is in a very good position for people who don’t like to take their cars when on vacation. The shopping area and the market place are at 5 minutes walking, nonetheless the apartment is situated in a very quiet and small street where on Sundays is still possible to hear the church’s bell sound.
The apartment has been recently updated and has 1 double bedroom with an additional single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with cooking corner completely furnished and equipped and 1 sofa bed. There’s a TV in each room, independent heating, safety box and many other facilities (please check the property information page). Upon request, it is possible to get a car transfer from and to the airports and the train stations of Rome.
