LA SIGNORIA DI FIRENZE B&B stands in the heart of Florence, 20mt from Piazza Signoria, in Calimaruzza street and in the charming scenery of the historical center of Florence.
The palace which houses LA SIGNORIA DI FIRENZE is located in one of the most ancient Florence’s city streets. It is located at a stone's throw from the major monumental buildings of the city, in the street joining Piazza della Signoria known as Loggia del Porcellino.
In this Loggia, had been established the Art of Merchants, Calimala, which was one of the Arts.
The guilds of Arts and Crafts of Florence are so many among this section of the historical center where many Artscraft shops are.
The first news about the formation of Art is dated 1182.
The Corporation lived until 1770 and among the Florentine families belonged to this Corporation We can list the Albizi, and the Pazzi and the Strozzi.
Noted the importance of Corporation of Arts which used to have his headquarters in Our B&B street, We decided to devote our rooms to some artists who have characterized with their works Florentine culture during the Arts period in 1400-1500.

At 20 meters from Piazza della Signoria and the Loggia del Porcellino, near the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio, the splendid rooms of B&B - LA SIGNORIA DI FIRENZE gives comfort to its guests at high quality and luxury services in the heart of Florence, surrounded by the strictest confidence.
Our rooms, as our Bed & Breakfast, are dedicated to five artists who lived between 1400 ed il 1500 that have affected the culture of the Florentine with works that are now kept in churches and museums closeby to the B&B - LA SIGNORIA DI FIRENZE
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and wired Internet available with your own laptop (We provide You the Ehernet cables required), DTB TV, luggage-based, minibar, safe deposit box in each room. The B&B indoor is characterized by great attention to details: elements of design, precious fabrics and luxury finishes, typical florentine furniture .

Facilities Information
The restoration, to develop the B&B - LA SIGNORIA DI FIRENZE respected the structure and nature of the building.
It was designed to include an adequate number of bathrooms, sleeping areas and a common area and the various facilities required by the current housing needs.
Were kept in the old decorations on the ceilings.
All the floors are precious Tuscan oak.
The finishings that characterize the apartment, also in the style chosen for the decoration of the baths, are in perfect harmony with the set and the typical Florentine.
In this old building, we have at the first floor (without elevator) five prestigious rooms renovated and furnished in compliance with the Florentine tradition without losing touch with modernity, the new demands of our time and with maximum comfort.
