Flat 2 is on the First floor and Flat 4 is on the Second floor of our 4 storey house - Live Luxor House - in the lovely, historic city of Luxor, which is within close walking distance of the main amenities and historical sites in the city but is surrounded by green agricultural land which creates a friendly village atmosphere.

The cost of a finished 2 bedroom apartment is 340,000 Egyptian Pounds and for a 3 bedroom apartment it is 390,000 Egyptian Pounds. The purchase price includes decorating and tiled floors throughout the property, fully tiled bathroom with suite, half tiled kitchen with fitted storage units, all electrical, door and window fittings, connection port to a central satellite dish and 1 air conditioning unit. We estimate that the time between initial contract of Intention to Buy and receipt of a 25% deposit until the apartment is completed will take approximately 10 weeks, at which time the balance of the purchase price will become due.
