1. Current copyright laws state that if the aforementioned regulations are breached, Paesionline Limited Partnership may resort to the right to report the party concerned to the relevant authority.

Though Paesionline Limited Partnership carries out a check on the morality and the authenticity of the information posted, those inserting texts or images take full responsibility.  Paesionline Limited Partnership is therefore not responsible for the legality, truthfulness and/or correctness of these contents, nor of the compliance with industrial ownership rights and/or intellectual ownership rights or of the regulations concerning privacy; nor does Paesionline Limited Partnership answer for their possible contrariety to law and order, good conduct and/or morality in any way.
