Banff Airport or YBA airport is an important airport in the Canadian Province of Alberta. It is located about 3.1 km to the northern side of Banff city.
The Canadian city of Banff is a major tourist spot. Hence, this airport remains crowded at most times of the year. Due to its strategic location, most of the tourist attractions are at close proximity to the airport.
Banff Airport, though important, is not a major airport in this area. The ideal way to reach the airport is to use the Banff Airporter service. This is a shuttle bus service, which connects the airport with other tourist attractions and hotels in the city.
With this service, visitors can hire taxis, limos and private mini buses as well. Apart from Banff Airporter, there are several local transportation services which take the passengers to and from the airport. Banff airport connects with only domestic destinations.
