Pengrowth Saddledome was formerly known as the Olympic Saddledome and Canadian Airlines Saddledome. This is the main indoor arena facility which is situated in Calgary and is often referred to as the Dome or Saddledome. The Saddledome was built in the year 1983 to host the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League. It also serves as the primary facility ice hockey and figure skating Olympics.
