Featuring more than 150 antique dealers spread out over 27,000 square feet, the Old Strathcona Antique Mall in Edmonton, Alberta is the largest of its kind in all of western Canada. The antique mall sports some of yesteryear’s best and most unique items and includes everything from furniture to fine art and LP collections to sports memorabilia.
Whether you’re looking for that baseball card you lost as a kid or just trying to give your home a retro look, your best bet is probably the antique mall, a mainstay in Edmonton’s Old Strathcona historic district since 1995. In all, the mother-and-daughter-owned mall regularly hosts over 300 dealer booths on two floors. On-site appraisals of antiques and other collectibles are available as well.
It’s easy to work up an appetite while searching for the perfect antique, so the mall also includes a cafe that serves fresh sandwiches, danishes, pie, muffins, cookies, floats, coffee, soda and ice cream.
