The Edmonton Cracker Cats were a professional baseball team that is based in Edmonton. This team was a member of the North Division of the Golden Baseball League which is not affiliated with Major League Baseball. The franchise was sold to Katz Baseball Group in 2009 and folded to make new Edmonton GBL team. After 3 years in the Northern League, this team joined the Golden baseball league on October 24, 2007.
