Victoria Park in Edmonton, Alberta is one of the city’s premier recreational areas. No matter if you want to play some catch on its baseball fields or practice your short game at its 18-hole golf course or lay out a blanket, have a picnic and watch, the large park on the north bank of the North Saskatchewan River has got you covered.

In addition to its beautiful golf course and well-kept baseball diamond, Victoria Park also includes a cricket field, horseshoe court, hiking and biking trails and picnic sites for the spring, summer and fall and sledding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and ice skating areas for the colder months. Nominal fees for the baseball field and picnic sites are applicable, and the latter can be reserved online.

The wheelchair-accessible park has ample parking and restrooms as well. Dogs are not allowed.

Victoria Park was established in the mid 20th century and is named after the United Kingdom’s Queen Victoria.
