Tourist Guide Brentwood Bay
Located north of the Victoria Brentwood Bay is a fast developing villages in the municipality of Central Saanich on the Saanich Peninsula in British Columbia, Canada. It is situated on the southern tip of Vancouver Island south of Sydney. The center is known for the many wineries, restaurants. It is a famous tourist place in Canada and is known for its jumping points for kayakers, mountain hikers and Canoeist. The place is bestowed with many beautiful trails for nature lovers.
A part of the Central Saanich Municipality, the town boasts a population of 15,348 in 2001 and is a one of the 13 municipalities which make up the Greater Victoria Area. The Brentwood-Mill Bay ferry severs the area frequently. The place was earlier called Slugget, which was named after Jonh Slugget who was amongst the first settlers in the place in 1876. The current name comes from Brentwood, the English town located in Essex.
The place has a mild micro climate due to which one can find all kind of flowers and tree.
