Not to miss:  There are many amusement parks and recreation centers in the city, like the Fun Factor Family Fun Center and the Kamloops waterslide. One can even visit the art galleries and exhibits like the Kamloops Art Gallery which is educational and knowledgeable.
There are the lake city casinos for those who are more into gambling side of business. Moreover, one can listen to the songs of the Kamloops Indian Band. There is also the Kamloops museum which has historic exhibits. There is also the Secwepemc Museum and Heritage Park which is worth visiting. The Logon Lake and the Kamloops Wildlife Park also ... More worth visiting, which attracts lots of tourists from across the world.
Apart from this, one can also visit the restaurants, sports events programs and such family and children activities which keep people to stay connected with all around. There are also some great festivals which take place in the city which has everyone enjoying and merry making.

General opinion:  Kamloops is a city situated in the central British Columbia in Canada. It is at the confluence of the two branches of the Thompson River and near the Kamloops Lake. Kamloops is also the largest community in the Thompson-Nicola Regional District and also the location of the regional district’s offices. Also, the surrounding region is more commonly referred to as the Thompson Country. This city is even ranked as 37th on the list of the 100 largest metropolitan areas in Canada having 92, 882 residents in 2006.
Kamloops is surrounded by the smaller communities of Pritchard, Scotch Creek, Chase, ... More Pinantan, Cherry Creek, Savona, Adams Lake and Paul Lake.
The climate of Kamloops is semi arid steepe climate because of its rain shadow location. This city has winters which are generally mild and short with an occasional cold snap where temperatures can drop to around – 22 degrees Fahrenheit. During the 2008 and 2009 it was reported that the area experienced its lowest temperatures on record.
