Located at the mouth of the River Squamish the Spit is a long breakwater. It is a paradise for windsurfers and kitesurfers due to the predictable winds which flow here. There can be more than hundred cars parked at this place on a summer weekend. It is also an Estuary which has many trails where one can spend quality time. A must visit for adventure and nature lovers.
