The Vancouver International Jazz Festival is an annual summer events which is held in Vancouver in Canada. This festival grew out of a local jazz scene which centered on Vancouver Co-op Radio in early 1980s. The Pacific Jazz and Blues Association were formed in 1984 and they hosted this festival. The festival is the largest such festival in British Columbia.
