The Vancouver Lookout is a towering complex which is home to almost 28 floors of offices, shops, liquor store, restaurant and also a food fair and the downtown campus. This complex was opened by the American astronaut, Neil Armstrong in 1977. The lookout is a perfect first stop for the visitors and the locals and provides a bird’s eye view of the city.
