The Aviation Museum is situated in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and is regarded as the second largest aviation museum in Canada. Its collection includes the original Trans-Canada Air Lines hangar that dates back from the 1930s.
Incorporated in 1974, this museum is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the aviation history of Canada. Here, one can see the aircraft on display reflecting the aviation development in Winnipeg, from bush planes to private and commercial aircrafts to transportation of such military aircrafts.
