Bathurst: Attractions and more...
This museum came in to being in the year 1999 at ‘former City Hall’s’ lower level. At present, the venue of this monument is ‘Nepisiquit Centennial Building’. This building, by collaboration with the other ‘cultural groups’; goes on to house a major ‘Multicultural Center’ and ‘Archival Repository’.
The artifacts go on to represent life within this region as had been several years ago. Archives, photos, history of culture of aborigines, and genealogical documents give a fair idea to visitors regarding aboriginal way of leading life. Lives of numerous outstanding citizens relating to this region are being narrated. Photos are accompanied with them; to give a feeling of ‘originality’.
