Sussex is a town in Kings County, New Brunswick in Canada. It lies on the banks of the River Kennebecasis. 70 kilometers towards the Southwest of Sussex lies Saint John. Within its province, Sussex is a major dairy products producer. The culture of this place is marked by Atlantic Canada’s biggest hot air balloon festival. The society is made up of people with Irish, English, French or Scottish ancestry. A small amount of Dutch and German people are also present. A still lesser amount of African-Canadians, Asians and East Europeans also reside. As southern New Brunswick is an English speaking region, Sussex is almost universally anglophone.
