Deer Lake is the part of the prestigious union of the Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada. It is the seventh in terms of area with a land that spreads across 73.23 square kilometres. It is surrounded by the Rocky Harbour on all three basic geographical directions. It is located along the Corner Brook. Deer Lake is also the administrative head of the economically important towns here. The City of Deer Lake is one of the most important employment generators. The city is rich in terms of wealth and people lead a lavish life. The city has experienced tremendous development and construction boom in the last decade. Deer Lake is known for its well developed and facilitated airport. The population here is around 4,827 and are mostly employed. This city uses its geography well to attract tourists. There is a good amount of flora and fauna in this part. The climate is average in the summers but there are windstorms in the winters.
