Many can visit this territory when it’s cold and enjoy skiing, especially in May and September. January, September and December are also the best time to visit North West Territories. North West Territories is pristine beautiful place having a diversity of landscapes that range from rolling tundra and towering mountains. It is home to the greatest rivers in Canada, the most important National Parks and has the biggest lakes. Irrespective of weather, many can visit this place and witness waterfalls higher than the Niagara Falls, exploring the untouched wilderness. Any time is the best time to visit this place, with long days of summer allowing one to enjoy many outdoor activities. The time of spring is ideal for trips and such activities in the snow. Winter (from late August till January) and autumn are also worth visiting time to experience the breathtaking Northern Lights.
