The city of Cape Dorset is located in the southern hemisphere of the state of England. The city of Cape Dorset is very small in area so is considered amongst the villages of the state. The village is vey well known for its ancient tradition of art. This tradition is still being carried on and a major part of the population has taken this art of drawing and carving as their prime occupation. Till date the village of Cape Dorset has major of its economical income from these printmaking and carvings. There are several art galleries and community halls in the village which have on display various artistic work of the people. The city is filled with numerous landscapes and is blessed with nature’s beauty. Geographically the city is not so large and stretches up to 9.74 square km in area. As per the latest measured census the city has a total population of around 1,236. The climate of the village is quite stable. For the major part of the year the village experiences a cold climate.
