Lake Agnes Teahouse Hike
This is one of the most admired hikes in the entire region which includes a one way 3.5 km long hike and a uphill of 400 meters till the Lake Agnes Teahouse. Except for a few uphill sections the entire climbing is fairly moderate. Just about 800m prior to the teahouse visitors shall come across a small crystal clear glacier lake called the Mirror Lake. Lake Agnes is the end of the hike along with the teahouse. Tourists can feast on several variety of teas along with sandwiches and sweets.
Ice Magic
Ice Magic is an ice sculpture event that takes place on the last weekend of January annually at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The sculptures kept on show till these eventually melt in the early months of spring.
Canadian Rockies
This place is easily approached by a train, bus or car and has an abundance of national and provincial parks. Among these parks the well known ones are Banff, Jasper, Yoho as well as other B.C. parks and Alberta which also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A nice place cruise and kayak along the glacier fed Maligne Lake.
