One can visit the Science North which is an interactive science museum which is built on top of an ancient earthquake fault, on the shore of Lake Ramsey. There is also the Dynamic Earth, which is an earth science exhibition and home to the Big Nickel, one of the most famous landmarks in the city. There is also a mining heritage monument which overlooks the Bell Park of the city.
Then there is the Inco Superstack which is the landmark of the city and the tallest freestanding chimney in the Western hemisphere. It is also the second tallest structure in Canada. One can visit the Greater Sudbury Heritage Museum which is a network of historical community museums in Greater Sudbury city.
