Consistently ranked as one of Niagara Falls, Ontario’s top restuarants, AG has a short name but a long list of satisfied customers. Part of Niagara’s Sterling Inn & Spa, AG provides fine dining of regional dishes at the boutique hotel’s downtown location.
Realizing that the community comes first, AG’s menu is full of fresh, locally-grown products like whitefish, trout and beef, as well as favorites such as pork chops, chicken breasts and hand-rolled pasta. An extensive wine list and dessert menu are also available. AG’s offering continually change, depending on the season.
Headed by Executive Chef Cory Linkson, a Niagara local who’s honed his impressive cooking abilities at restaurants all over North America, AG is known for its rich and delectable menu options.
Since AG is fairly busy during most times of the year, reservations are recommended. The restaurant can be found at 5195 Magdalen Ave.
