Would you believe that there’s a rainforest in southeastern Ontario? Ever since opening in 2001, Niagara Falls’ Rainforest Cafe has been wowing customers with its tasty food and one-of-a-kind decorations. The cafe is located in the Falls Avenue Entertainment Complex, one of the city’s busiest shopping areas.
Rainforest Cafe has something for everyone, serving beef, seafood, pasta, sandwiches, soups and more. The restaurant also offers a children’s menu, which includes favorites like pizza and burgers.
When you dine at Rainforest Cafe, you’ll want to keep an eye out for thunderstorms overhead, as simulated thunder claps and rain clouds fill the room every 22 minutes, which is about as often as it storms in the real rainforest. The cafe also features animatronic rainforest-dwellers like gorillas, snakes and elephants so that customers receive the complete rainforest experience.
