Reviews Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls are a set of huge waterfalls on the Canada–Untied States border.
The falls were formed as a result of the glaciers receding at the end of the Wisconsin glaciation. With more than six million cubic feet of water falling every minute, it is the most powerful waterfall in North America and mainly comprises of Horseshoe Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and American Falls.
The most famous attraction of the falls is the Maid of the Mist boat cruise which takes visitors from one side of the falls to the other, thus enabling them to view the falls in close proximity.
The Prospect Point Park, Goat Island and Cave of the Winds are other attractions lying on the US side of the falls. On the Canadian side, the Skylon Tower, Queen Victoria Park and Minolta Tower are worth visiting. The Rainbow Bridge is another famous sight located above the water.
